The Programme

A 12 week programme aimed at people who wish to help themselves transform their health and wellbeing, recover lost fitness levels and therefore improve their quality of life. In my opinion, it is a common sense approach to both diet and exercise. I believe it provides the body with all the essential nutrition required for optimal health and the necessary stimulation, through exercise, to improve strength and muscle tone, important for supporting joints and therefore improve balance, stability and mobility. It works the body as one entity.

It is not a quick fix weight loss plan, although it could effectively be used as such. It should be viewed more as a permanent lifestyle change which can potentially restore an individual’s health and fitness and drastically enhance anyone’s quality of life. The completion of the programme should not be seen as the end, but more the end of the beginning, with the positive effects of the change in diet and exercise habits resulting in a new outlook and way of life.

It consists of two elements – the DIET and the EXERCISE programme.

The diet alone will yield incredible results if adhered to. The exercise programme alone will not give anywhere near the same benefits but coupled with the diet it is a powerful tool to assist in achieving overall health, fitness, weight loss, body composition and shape.
